Membership Levels

Student Membership

Membership is $30.00 per year + a 2.9% & .30 Transactional Fee. Customers in HI will be charged 4.71% tax.
Membership expires on December 31, 2024.

Select

The Student Membership, non-voting, is open to anyone who is enrolled in a formal paralegal program within or outside the State of Hawaii and is not employed as a paralegal. Proof of student status required.

Associate Membership

Membership is $60.00 per year + a 2.9% & .30 Transactional Fee. Customers in HI will be charged 4.71% tax.
Membership expires on December 31, 2024.

The Associate Membership, non-voting, is open to any person: a) who is presently employed as a paralegal outside the State of Student Membership, non-voting, is open to anyone who is enrolled in a formal paralegal program within or outside the State of Hawaii and is not employed as a paralegal. Proof of student status required.

Voting Membership

Membership is $70.00 per year + a 2.9% & .30 Transactional Fee. Customers in HI will be charged 4.71% tax.
Membership expires on December 31, 2024.

The Voting Membership is open to any person who is employed as a paralegal, as well as any person currently employed as a non-attorney supervisor of paralegals who was previously employed as a paralegal.

Sustaining Membership

Membership is $120.00 per year + a 2.9% & .30 Transactional Fee. Customers in HI will be charged 4.71% tax.
Membership expires on December 31, 2024.

The Sustaining Membership, non-voting, is open to any person, partnership, corporation, association, or entity interested in supporting the purposes and activities of HPA.
