Robert J. LeClair graduated cum laude in 1971 from Harvard Law School. He is the founder of the Paralegal Program and served as the Department Chair of the Kapi’olani Community College Legal Education Department from its inception in 1974 through his retirement December 31, 2006. He now serves as the Executive Director of the Hawaii Justice Foundation.
Kenneth Fukunaga graduated cum laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law and has a doctorate in Experimental Psychology. He is Sr. Partner at Fukunaga Matayoshi Ching & Kon-Herrera specializing in complex litigation, products liability, construction litigation, healthcare law and planning.
